Adding/Dropping Courses and Late Registration

Students should be careful when registering to avoid schedule changes after classes begin. Please refer to the  for add/drop dates and specific registration deadlines.

Classes may be added or dropped from a student's schedule during a term's registration period, up through the last day of add/drop, via the registration portal in myWings or in-person at One-Stop Student Services. Courses dropped during the official add/drop period will not appear on a student's permanent record and fees will be refunded. After add/drop week ends, students can only remove a course from their schedule via a course withdrawal (not a drop). A withdrawal means the student has elected to remove themselves from a course after the add/drop deadline and results in a W on the student’s transcript.

Non-attendance and/or non-payment does not guarantee that a student will be dropped from their class(es). If a student discontinues attendance in a course without officially dropping or withdrawing, a final grade of "F" may be assigned.

Students are responsible for dropping any courses they do not plan to take and remain liable for all associated fees.

Courses scheduled to meet for the first time after the add/drop period ends may be dropped the next business day by contacting One-Stop Student Services in-person or via secure 成人AV视频 email. Tuition payments are still due on the regular deadline for all classes.

Late Registration: Late Adds/Course Transfers

Students are not permitted to add a class after the add/drop period unless there are unusual circumstances clearly beyond the student's control. When such a case exists, the student must complete the online , which will be routed to their academic advisor and the associated class instructor for approval.

A Late Registration fee of $100 is assessed when a student’s first registration activity for a given semester occurs during add/drop week or when a course is added after the add/drop period has ended. This fee is assessed only once per term, not per class added. A Late Payment fee of $100 may also be assessed.

The Late Add/Course transfer deadline is posted on the . Students seeking to register beyond the Late Add/Course Transfer deadline must submit a Student Petition of Academic Policy (SPAP), with a statement of extenuating circumstances and supporting documentation. The SPAP Committee makes final decisions on these petitions.
