Non-Degree Seeking and Special Status Students
Individuals who have completed at least 12 credit hours of college coursework after high school graduation and wish to enroll in courses without pursuing a degree may apply to 成人AV视频 as a non-degree-seeking (special status) student, provided they have not previously been denied admission as a degree-seeking student. This status is designed for individuals seeking personal enrichment or professional development. The application requires submission of all official transcripts, a $30 application fee, and a personal statement outlining the rationale for requesting a non-degree-seeking status.
Please note the following information about non-degree-seeking and special status students:
- Applicants must have a minimum of a 2.0 postsecondary GPA and be in good standing at their last institution.
- No more than 12 undergraduate semester hours earned as a non-degree / special student may be transferred to a 成人AV视频 undergraduate degree program. The transfer of any course(s) to a degree program earned while in a non-degree-seeking / special status must be approved by the dean or designee of the college administering the program.
- First-time-in-college freshmen are prohibited from enrolling as non-degree-seeking / special students.
- Students enrolled in a non-degree / special student status will register for classes on a space-available basis.
- Non-degree-seeking / special student status is not eligible to receive grants, scholarships, or financial aid.
- Successful completion of coursework in a non-degree or special student status does not guarantee admissions to a degree seeking program at the University.
- Certain courses may require permission from the instructor prior to registration.
Students who are seeking a degree at another institution and wish to take courses at 成人AV视频 to transfer back to the home institution should apply as a transient student.
