Residency
A Florida “resident for tuition purposes” refers to whether you qualify as an in-state Florida resident or an out-of-state resident. This classification determines your cost of tuition.
In the determination of resident status for tuition purposes, it is the policy of the 成人AV视频 to follow the laws of the State of Florida as well as regulations and policy guidelines established by the Florida Board of Governors. The law allows U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents to be classified as Florida residents for tuition purposes if the applicant or the dependent applicant's parent/legal guardian has been a legal resident of the state for at least 12 months preceding the first day of classes of the term for which Florida residency is sought.
Documentation is required before students are classified as Florida residents for tuition purposes.
