Construction and Trade
CQM-C course was developed by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), and Associated General Contractors (AGC). 成人AV视频 (成人AV视频) and Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast (NAVFAC SE) have partnered to offer several sessions during the upcoming year.
Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C)
This course describes the QC/QA system successfully used by the Corps of Engineers and NAVFAC. Concepts are increasingly being adopted by state agencies, public authorities, and other local public sector owners. It details planning concepts, which are prevention-oriented to reduce tear-out, improve quality and improve schedule.
The course uses DVD, class instruction, workbook exercises with discussion, and case study exercises. Participants will be provided with a student study guide and No. 2 pencils. To successfully complete the course, the participant must be present for all sessions and achieve a passing grade of 70 on the final exam. Upon satisfactory completion, a five-year certificate will be issued.

Who Should Attend
This course is ideal for general contractors, specialty contractors, construction managers, project managers, superintendents, quality control personnel, owners, architects/engineers, inspectors, and facility engineers seeking to strengthen construction quality management practices. While required for many USACE and NAVFAC construction projects, the course also provides valuable quality control and documentation processes applicable to commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, higher education, and other large-scale construction projects.

Please note: There is a meal count involved, so firm student numbers are needed by the previous Friday.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be received no later than five (5) business days prior to the first day of class in order to receive a 90% tuition refund.* Your tuition may be transferred to a future class that occurs prior to June 30, 2026, but only immediately upon your cancellation. No refund or transfer requests will be accepted within five (5) business days of the start of a class or if you do not attend.
*A 10% administrative fee is retained for cancellations not initiated by the University. Payment is required by noon on Thursday before the first class in order to reserve your spot in the class.
