The 成人AV视频 is implementing a new intranet platform called "成人AV视频 Central" to enhance internal communication and streamline access to resources for faculty and staff. This secure, private network will serve as a centralized hub where the 成人AV视频 community can easily share documents, access administrative tools and collaborate on projects. By providing a single, user-friendly platform for essential information and services, 成人AV视频 Central aims to improve efficiency across the University. The intranet will also help ensure that sensitive data is securely managed, reducing reliance on external systems while fostering a more connected and productive campus environment. Through 成人AV视频 Central, we are taking a significant step toward enhancing operational effectiveness and supporting our commitment to academic excellence.
WHAT IS 成人AV视频 CENTRAL?
成人AV视频 Central is the name of 成人AV视频's intranet. An intranet is a private, internal network used by organizations to securely share information, resources, and communication tools among employees. Unlike the public internet, an intranet is restricted to a specific group and is typically protected by firewalls and other security measures. It allows for the efficient distribution of university documents, collaborative tools, messaging systems, and other internal resources. Intranets are beneficial because they streamline internal communication, enhance collaboration, and improve access to company data and applications, leading to increased productivity. They also help ensure data security by limiting access to sensitive information to authorized personnel only.

成人AV视频 Central will be powered by Microsoft SharePoint, offering seamless integration with existing Microsoft 365 tools like Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive. This will create a unified, user-friendly platform where faculty and staff can easily access resources, collaborate, and manage tasks without switching between multiple systems. By leveraging SharePoint’s capabilities, 成人AV视频 Central will enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and foster a more connected campus while ensuring high security and reliability.

Additionally, through this project, the "N" and "O" drives will be officially deprecated, and file storage will move to the cloud. This will better ensure our files remain secure and compliant with state and federal guidelines.
In Scope

- Internal communication tools, such as Osprey Update and Inside 成人AV视频.
- Training and documentation for the purpose of campus-wide adoption later on.

What's Changing at a Glance
Now to October 2025
- The biggest change is that employee-focused content on the unf.edu website will move to 成人AV视频 Central (SharePoint). This helps declutter information that is not relevant to potential students and allows us to focus the website as a marketing tool.
- This change will happen in phases. The first pages to transition will be at the divisional level, and then the most employee-focused departments will move. Our goal is to complete the transition of the divisional sites by the end of October.
After October 2025
- Once all of the divisional pages are established, we will begin onboarding the various colleges and other departments. This will be an extended process and the detailed timeline is being finalized.
- As departments are onboarded, we will also work to assist departments with the transition off of the N & O drives. The new home of department files will be in Teams/Sharepoint. At this time, there is no action needed, but more information will be available soon.
- The Osprey Update will also change as a part of 成人AV视频 Central. More information about how this process will work will be available as we continue to make progress on this project.
SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
Think of OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint like different filing cabinets. OneDrive is your personal space for files you’re working on by yourself. Teams is your department or project’s filing cabinet, where your group can store and collaborate on documents together. SharePoint is the company-wide filing cabinet, where you’ll find resources and information meant for everyone at 成人AV视频.

Why are we moving to an intranet?
We’re creating 成人AV视频 Central so employees have a single, secure place for internal information, resources, and files. Right now, a lot of internal content is mixed into the public website or scattered across different drives. This change makes things easier to find and keeps unf.edu focused on external audiences like prospective students.

What is happening to the N and O drives?
After the first phase, ITS will work with the departments across campus to assist them with migrating their files fully off of the N and O drives to Teams and SharePoint.

What is happening to unf.edu?
The unf.edu website will be fully dedicated to marketing and public information. Employee-focused content will be moved to 成人AV视频 Central and removed from the public site.
