Academic Calendar

Join the AI and Design Thinking Innovation Challenge on National AI Literacy Day. This is a one-day experience where students collaborate to solve real-world problems using creative and forward-thinking approaches. Open to all students with teams competing for cash prizes.

Registration Deadline: March 20, 2026

Prizes: 1st Place ($1,500); 2nd Place ($1,000); 3rd Place ($500)

AI and Design Thinking Innovation Challenge

Join the AI + Design Thinking FFCE Innovation Challenge 2026 for a collaborative, one-day experience where student teams tackle real-world 鈥渨icked problems鈥 using design thinking and AI-informed solutions. Working in groups of 3鈥4, participants will develop and pitch innovative concepts aligned with community-focused themes supporting justice-involved individuals in Jacksonville. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three teams. Registration closes March 20, 2026.

To top it all off, we鈥檒l celebrate D铆a del Libro the proper way鈥攚ith a book giveaway and paper roses, honoring the tradition of D铆a de Sant Jordi.
