Executive Branch
The Executive Branch works to address student concerns on campus. Some of their duties include serving on university committees, speaking at events, working with athletes, and Greek life representatives, as well as coordinating activities for students. The Executive Branch is comprised of the Executive Cabinet and Executive Agencies.

Tommy Mazzella
Hazel Joseph serves as the Student Body President and head of the Executive Branch of Student Government at the 成人AV视频 and sits on the University’s Board of Trustees. She is an Honors student pursuing a degree in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics and is committed to advancing student-centered advocacy and improving the overall student experience.
Hazel has been actively involved in Student Government, previously serving as a Senator and the Budget and Allocations Chair, where she represented student interests, oversaw the multi-million-dollar Activity and Service (A&S) fee budget, and strengthened transparency and collaboration across campus. She is a member of Alpha Phi sorority, where she serves on the executive board as Vice President of Finance, overseeing budgeting and financial planning. She is also involved in Upsilon Pi Epsilon (UPE), the computing honor society, and Order of Omega, an all-Greek honor society recognizing academic excellence, and serves as a Greek Ambassador supporting engagement across the 成人AV视频 community.
In her role as Student Body President, she works closely with the Student Body Vice President, the Board of Trustees, Student Government leaders, university administration, and campus partners to advance initiatives that enhance student engagement, expand resources, and improve the overall student experience at the 成人AV视频.
Tommy Mazzella serves as the Student Body Vice President at the 成人AV视频. Tommy is a Sport Management and Marketing major. He is dedicated to advocating for student needs and enhancing campus life. In his role, Tommy works closely with the Student Body President and Student Government leaders to support initiatives that improve student engagement, resources, and overall experience.
His prior experience as Director of Public Relations and Budget and Allocations Chairman has equipped him with strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills, including oversight of a multi-million-dollar student budget. Outside of Student Government, Tommy is actively involved in the Sport Management Club and Greek life leadership, and is committed to building a more connected and impactful campus community.
Ari Julmiste
Student Body Treasurer
Job Description:
- Monitor all A&S fee accounts and indexes
- Oversee budget transfers and requests
- Create and present a balanced budget with approval of the Budget and Allocations Committee
- Serve as the fiscal advisor to the Budget and Allocations Committee, the Senate, and the President
- Attend weekly meetings and touchpoints with professional staff, the President, and the Executive Cabinet
- Attend events and serve at the discretion of the President
- Serve on Club Funding Board
- Serve on at least one University Wide Committee
Hailey Johnson
Attorney General
Hailey Johnson serves as the Attorney General at the 成人AV视频. She is a junior majoring in Physics and minoring in Leadership. In the future, Hailey hopes to pursue a career in AI law and governance!
In the Hicks Honors College, Hailey is an active student leader where she serves as an Honors Ambassador and an Honors Facilitator. She is also committed to the 成人AV视频 Ethics Bowl team, and her undergraduate physics research projects.
As Attorney General, Hailey is dedicated to ensuring fairness, consistency, and equality at 成人AV视频. Hailey looks forward to collaborating with the President, Vice President, Executive Cabinet, and Student Government as a whole to continue enhancing the 成人AV视频 experience for all!
Amani Phillips
Student Advocate
Amani Phillips is a Criminal Justice major at the 成人AV视频 with a minor in Child Welfare and serves as a Student Advocate within Student Government. After earning her Associate in Arts degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville, she transferred to 成人AV视频 with a strong interest in advocacy and helping others. Her passion for supporting others also extends beyond campus through her volunteer work with the Women’s Center of Jacksonville.
Amani knows that navigating college can sometimes be overwhelming, especially when students are unsure where to go for help or how to get their concerns heard. As a Student Advocate, she wants to help make those experiences easier by listening to students, helping them find the resources available to them, and making sure they know they do not have to figure everything out alone.
She believes good advocacy starts with listening. Through Student Government, Amani hopes to help students feel more informed, supported, and comfortable speaking up about the issues that matter to them.
Sa'Nya Williams
Chief of Staff
Sa'Nya Williams is the Chief of Staff for Student Government, a position in which she oversees events to improve the student experience, helps execute new initiatives, and serves the Osprey community however possible.
Sa’Nya has a drive to improve her campus and hopes to embody the message, “Students serving Students”. Sa’Nya’s favorite part of being Executive Staff is seeing carefully planned initiatives come to fruition during events.
Sa’Nya is majoring in Political Science with plans to attend law school. On campus, Sa’Nya serves as Treasurer of Swoop Law: 0L Ospreys and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. She views volunteering as her passion, and is deeply involved with Girl Scouts of South-East Florida, the National Speech & Debate Association, and the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections. In her free time, she likes to read, knit, and try new things, including archery, kayaking, and cliff diving.
Mayank Bhardwaj
Deputy Chief of Staff
Job Description:
- Collaborate with the Executive Staff team on all initiatives and student engagement efforts
- Assist the Chief of Staff with the implementation of initiatives and goals

Neveah Perez
Director of Public Relations
Job Description:
- Manage Student Government social media accounts in collaboration with Professional Staff
- Manage public relations and branding for Student Government, including interactions with Spinnaker Media in collaboration with Professional Staff
- Oversee public records request in collaboration with Professional Staff and General Counsel’s Office
- Develop communication strategies for new initiatives to engage with students and raise awareness about Student Government
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer regarding graphics and branding
- Attend weekly meetings and touchpoints with professional staff, the President, and Executive Staff
- Attend events and serve at the discretion of the President

Taylor Moore
Director of Graphic Design
Taylor Moore serves as the Director of Graphic Design at the 成人AV视频. Her major is Graphic Design, which is accompanied by a minor in marketing. In her role she creates engaging designs to communicate ideas and messages to the student body.
