³ÉÈËAVÊÓƵ offers eligible employees access to comprehensive insurance benefits through the State of Florida Group Insurance Program, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental insurance options. Employees can choose the coverage that best fits their individual and family needs while enjoying competitive group rates and convenient payroll deductions. Retirement

³ÉÈËAVÊÓƵ provides eligible employees with valuable retirement benefits to help build long-term financial security. Employees may choose from retirement plan options offered through the State of Florida, including pension and investment-based plans, with generous employer contributions. Education Benefits

³ÉÈËAVÊÓƵ supports employee growth and development through educational assistance programs designed to encourage lifelong learning. Eligible employees may participate in the Employee Education Program, which allows enrollment in up to six credit hours per semester, and the Tuition Scholarship Program, which provides up to three credit hours per semester for eligible dependents. These programs help employees pursue professional development, enhance job-related skills, or work toward personal educational goals while employed at ³ÉÈËAVÊÓƵ.
