Fall 2026 – Spring 2027 Housing Contract Information
In preparation for Fall 2026 – Spring 2027 housing, admitted ³ÉÈËAVÊÓƵ students are divided into 3 separate categories as it relates to on-campus housing for 2026-2027. Each group has a different timeline to access the contract in myHousing.
CURRENT RESIDENTS
This category is comprised of current ³ÉÈËAVÊÓƵ students living on campus for Fall 2025 and/or Spring 2026. The contract becomes available on 11/3/25.
UPCOMING FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS
This category is comprised of First-Time in College students admitted to ³ÉÈËAVÊÓƵ for Summer B 2026, Fall 2026. The contract becomes available on 11/17/25.
ALL OTHER STUDENTS
This category includes students who are not part of the Current Residents or First-Year Students groups. The contract becomes available on 12/1/25.

For each category the process of submitting the housing contract and ultimately securing a bedspace is a multiple step process:
STEP 1 (Required):
Fully submit the Academic Year 2026 - 2027 Housing Contract in .
Students submitting their first housing contract will be required to submit a one-time non-refundable $100.00 processing fee to fully submit their housing contract.
The earlier all required steps are completed in the myHousing portal, the higher your priority during the online room selection process. Submitting your contract early gives you a better chance of choosing your preferred space.
STEP 2 (Optional):
Complete the Living-Learning/Theme Community application.
Please note: Once a student fully completes the Housing Contract, including payment of the $100.00 processing fee (if applicable), the student can instantly submit a Living-Learning/Theme Community application.

STEP 3 (Required):
Mark your calendar for online room selection process.
To choose your priority bedspace, fully participate in the scheduled online room selection process. If you miss your ticket window, your chance of selecting your preferred bedspace is lessened. Please note that simply not participating does not release you from the terms and conditions of your signed housing contract.

Once a student submits an Academic Year 2026 - 2027 Housing Contract, it is imperative that the student monitor their ³ÉÈËAVÊÓƵ e-mail account for specific information and timelines associated with the online room selection process, move-in appointment scheduling and other pertinent information.
