1 - Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

2 - Fulfill Financial Aid Document Requirements
Access your financial aid information via
- Choose Student, under My Resources in the left menu

- Select the aid year from the dropdown
- Click each requirement to access the document
3 - Office of Financial Aid Processes Students' Required Documents
The Office of Student Financial Aid will process received documents within 3-5 business days.

Log in to and follow these steps:
- Choose Student, under My Resources in the left menu
- Select the Financial Aid tile
- Select Offer from the top tabs
- Select current Aid Year from the dropdown menu
- Navigate to the Loans section
- Take Action (Accept, Decline, or Modify)
- Click Submit
- Review Financial Aid Award Status
5 - Setup Direct Deposit If Expecting A Refund
Financial aid refunds are disbursed approximately two weeks after the first day of class.*
To sign up for direct deposit, access and follow these steps:
- Choose Student on side menu
- Select My Bill
- Choose Sign Up under "Sign up for direct deposit refunds!"
- Complete Agreement and select "Continue"
- Enter your banking account information and select "Continue"
*Your individual disbursement date may be later depending on the status of your financial aid file.
