Graduate Photos and Video 

• The University is contracted with  and  to provide photography and videography services for all commencement exercises.

• Graduates will receive a name card with their name printed on it when they arrive at The Field House (Building 26) for check-in. Completing the information on the back of this card will ensure graduates receive an email with photo proofs after the ceremony. 

Ceremony Live Streams

• The University is contracted with Sight & Sound to provide videography services on YouTube.

• All ceremonies will be live streamed with closed captioning on the day of the event.  All ceremonies can be viewed at their scheduled times on the ³ÉÈËAVÊÓƵ Commencement YouTube channel.
