On-Campus Vaccine Clinics
Students, a limited supply of flu vaccines are available at the on-campus Student Health Services clinic (Bldg. 39A/Room 2098). Call 904-620-2900 or go online to the to schedule your flu vaccine appointment (cost: $36).
SHS is collaborating with CVS Pharmacy once again this Fall semester to provide an on-campus vaccine clinic for employees. CVS has 10+ vaccines available to help faculty and staff stay protected from Flu, Tdap, HPV, Shingles, Hepatitis B, and more. Click here for the .

Please bring your insurance information with you. Self-pay will also be available for participants without insurance or if utilizing a savings account.
Walk-ins are accepted.
