The 成人AV视频 School of Nursing Advisory Board brings together an exceptional group of nursing executives, clinical specialists and healthcare innovators dedicated to advancing the future of nursing education. Collectively, board members represent more than 200 years of combined experience across clinical practice, health system leadership, academic-practice partnerships and health technology. Their deep ties to Jacksonville's healthcare community and beyond directly inform how 成人AV视频 prepares the next generation of compassionate, competent nurses. Chad Bass, MS, CRNA


Senior Director for Advanced Practice Providers | Envision

Chad R. Bass, MS, CRNA, is a senior anesthesia leader and advanced practice provider executive with more than a decade of experience spanning clinical excellence, perioperative leadership, and multi site operational management. He currently serves as Senior Director for Advanced Practice Providers with Envision, overseeing APP teams and working across major Florida health systems including Ascension St. Vincent’s, AdventHealth West Florida, and multiple HCA facilities.

A board certified CRNA, Chad brings extensive clinical expertise across high acuity specialties such as regional anesthesia and acute pain management, cardiovascular anesthesia, neuroanesthesia, obstetrics, orthopedics, bariatrics, and trauma.

Chad is also deeply committed to education and professional development. He has served as courtesy faculty for the University of South Florida’s Advanced Pain Management Fellowship, a lab instructor for Keiser University’s Nurse Anesthesia Program, and a long standing instructor and organizer for Envision’s regional anesthesia symposiums nationwide. He has coordinated clinical training for SRNAs from USF and 成人AV视频 and delivered lectures on regional anesthesia, difficult airway management, and trauma care.

With a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Wolford College, Chad is credentialed across numerous Florida and national facilities and maintains active memberships in AANA and FANA. His leadership philosophy centers on building high performance teams, elevating clinical practice, and fostering a culture of sustained success.

Regional Director | Florida Blue Centers

Grace Cobb is a regional leader with over 10 years of experience spanning Fortune 500 retail and not-for-profit healthcare. Currently with Florida Blue, she has a passion for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and executing strategic initiatives that improve both business outcomes and customer experience. Throughout her career, Grace has coached emerging leaders and partnered across organizations to strengthen business outcomes. Her leadership approach is rooted in her experience in playing multiple sports throughout her life – emphasizing her desire to support people development, relationship building, and creating cultures that prioritize teamwork.

Passionate about the future of healthcare, Grace is especially interested in workforce development, patient-centered experiences, and fostering strong partnerships between healthcare organizations and educational institutions. She brings a commitment to supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals. As a member of the nursing advisory board, Grace looks forward to contributing insights on leadership development, community impact, and strategies that support excellence in healthcare delivery.

Tammy Daniel, DNP, MA, RN, NEA-BC




Tammy Daniel, DNP, MA, RN, NEA-BC, joined Baptist Health System in 2007. She has worked at Baptist Medical Center South as the VP of Patient Care, Baptist Jacksonville as the Nurse Executive and VP of Patient Care, and in December 2018 she was appointed EVP and CNO for the Baptist Health System. Dr. Daniel has over 38 years of nursing experience with an emphasis in leadership and critical care.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Marycrest College in Davenport, Iowa, a Master of Health Services Management degree from Webster University in Altamonte Springs, Florida, and her doctorate in Nursing Practice from Rush University in Chicago, IL.

Dr. Daniel is currently a member of the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the Florida Organization of Nurse Executives. She also has her Nurse Executive-Advanced Board Certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and is a graduate of the Johnson and Johnson/Wharton Fellowship program in 2011. She was awarded Modern Healthcare’s 50 Most Influential Clinical Executives, and Beckers System Chief Nurse Officers to Know. She was previously selected as one of the Great 100 Nurses of Northeast Florida

Dr. Daniel is married. She has one son and three bonus children. She loves all athletic activities and played volleyball and basketball in college. Today, she enjoys spending time with her seven grandchildren and watching all of her family participate in sporting events.

Lauren Everly, DNP, MSN, RN, CLC, CD, CPD


Clinical Education Specialist. New Nurse Residency & Internship Programs | UF Health Jacksonville

Dr. Lauren Everly is a Clinical Education Specialist at UF Health Jacksonville, where she leads the development of the New Nurse Residency and Internship Programs. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Chapman University and both her Bachelor's and Master's of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University, where she also completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Leadership in May 2026.

With over ten years of experience in nursing, Dr. Everly’s clinical background includes roles as a progressive and critical care cardiac nurse, medical-surgical nurse, and experience in utilization management. She also brings nine years of experience as a clinical instructor, along with a strong foundation in nursing education, having served as faculty in a practical nursing (LPN) program and as a simulation instructor for three years in an undergraduate nursing program. Prior to becoming a nurse, Dr. Everly was a preschool and kindergarten teacher, an experience that continues to shape her teaching philosophy and passion for learner-centered education.

Dr. Everly is passionate about guiding new nurses through the transition to practice, with a focus on clinical judgment, confidence-building, and simulation-based learning. She is also the proud wife of a United States Navy Veteran who served for 20 years. During that time, Dr. Everly served as an Ombudsman for one of the Navy’s largest squadrons, where she advocated for military families, supported communication between leadership and families, and helped navigate the unique challenges of military life.

In Fall 2026, Dr. Everly will return to Jacksonville University to pursue a post-graduate certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on supporting military spouses, postpartum women, and individuals healing from trauma, while continuing her work in nursing education and simulation.

Chief Nursing Officer | Ascension St. Vincent's Southside

Kathy Hester is an healthcare executive currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer for Ascension St. Vincent’s Southside in Jacksonville, Florida. With a unique dual background in nursing and law, she oversees clinical operations for a 300-bed facility, managing critical service lines including emergency, critical care, and women’s and children’s services. Kathy’s leadership is defined by a commitment to strategic growth and clinical excellence. A graduate of Wayne State University Law School (JD) and the University of Michigan (BSN), Kathy also holds a Nursing Executive Advanced Certification (NEA-BC).

Sr. Vice President Nursing, System Chief Nursing Officer | Brooks Rehabilitation

Joanne Hoertz, RN, MSN, CRRN is currently the Senior Vice President for Nursing and CNE at Brooks Rehabilitation in Jacksonville FL. There she collaboratively provides clinical, financial and administrative leadership for nursing services across all the Brooks Rehabilitation sites: Inpatient Rehab Hospital, Skilled Nursing, and a large home health agency.

Kimberly Berger LaBree, DNP, APRN, ANP-BC, NEA-BC, OCN


Assistant Administrator for Patient Care Services | Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center

Dr. Kimberly Berger LaBree serves as the Assistant Administrator for Patient Care Services at Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center, providing executive leadership for oncology clinical operations. In this role, Dr. LaBree oversees oncology nursing including a workforce of more than 60 advanced practice providers across inpatient and outpatient settings. Dr. LaBree has extensive experience building and scaling oncology programs, including infusion services, supportive and palliative care, survivorship, and cellular therapy, and has led accreditation, quality, and health system–wide initiatives. Dr. LaBree holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Duke University and is recognized for work in advanced practice integration, oncology operations, and innovative care delivery models.

Director of Nursing Academic Affairs | Mayo Clinic

Rebecca Monteau, DNP, RN, NPD-BC, is a seasoned nursing leader with 17 years of service at Mayo Clinic Florida. Throughout her career, she has held progressively impactful roles including Staff RN, Nursing Education Specialist, Nurse Manager, Magnet Program Director, and currently serves as Director of Nursing Academic Affairs. In this role, Rebecca leads strategic academic-practice partnerships and workforce initiatives that strengthen the nursing pipeline and support excellence in clinical education.

Rebecca earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Jacksonville University in 2018 and holds certification in Nursing Professional Development. Her work is grounded in a commitment to lifelong learning, mentorship, and outcomes-driven program design. She is widely recognized for aligning education with practice needs while supporting nurses and students across the continuum of learning.

Rebecca believes nursing students represent the future of the profession. Their curiosity, energy, and commitment to patients inspire her work and inform her leadership approach. She remains focused on building sustainable, high-quality educational models that prepare nurses for compassionate, competent, and confident practice, ensuring the profession continues to thrive and deliver exceptional care.

Ashley Reynolds, PhD, RN


Chief Customer Officer | Glytec

Dr. Reynolds began his career as a Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Navy before transitioning to clinical nursing, where he served as a Staff Nurse in emergency, ICU, and critical care settings. That clinical foundation has remained central to his work throughout a career that has taken him from the bedside to the boardroom.

He holds a PhD in Nursing Science with a minor in Digital Health and Health Behavior from the University of Florida, and has served as an Adjunct Professor at Jacksonville University for over a decade, instructing both undergraduate and graduate nursing students in health technology, nursing informatics, and population health management.

As an entrepreneur, Dr. Reynolds has founded and led multiple digital health companies focused on patient engagement, chronic disease management, and population health. He currently serves as Chief Customer Officer at Glytec, the leading insulin management software company for healthcare providers.

His peer-reviewed research on technology-mediated health behavior and digital health adoption has been widely published, and he has served on advisory bodies including the CDC/NIH Diabetes Health Sense Task Force and the Digital Health Council for the Society of Behavioral Medicine.

Dr. Reynolds is a passionate advocate for the intersection of nursing expertise and health technology innovation.

Mary Tabor, MSN, RN, NE-BC


Chief Nursing Officer | HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital

Mary Tabor is the Chief Nursing Officer for HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital and has served in that role since 2022. Prior to that she was ACNO for Memorial Health. She retired as a Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserves after 20 years in the Nurse Corps. She is a graduate of Western Governors University for her MS in Nursing and Boston College for her BSN. She oversees clinical operations for the 365-bed facility that includes OB, Level-2 neonatal ICU, adult ICU, cardiac care, bariatric surgery, ENT services, mental health and wellness services, neurological care, orthopedic care, and oncology services. She also holds a Nursing Executive Board Certification (NE-BC).

Chief Nursing Officer | HCA Florida Memorial Hospital

David L. Threatt, DNP, MSHI, RN, NE-BC, is a healthcare executive and Chief Nursing Officer specializing in hospital operations, clinical excellence, and technology-enabled transformation. He earned both his Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Health Informatics from the Medical University of South Carolina, bringing a strong academic foundation to his leadership.

With a foundation in bedside nursing, David brings a practical, data-driven, and patient-centered approach to improving outcomes and strengthening healthcare systems. He leads complex hospital operations across multiple service lines, with responsibility for nursing practice, quality, safety, and patient experience, and is known for building high-performing teams that translate strategy into measurable results at the bedside.

His work sits at the intersection of clinical care, operations, and innovation while leveraging data, digital tools, and process redesign to optimize care delivery and scalability. He is particularly passionate about transforming patient experience, advancing nursing leadership, and ensuring that operational excellence translates into better outcomes.
