Student Organization Rates
Student Organizations must be in good standing with the Osprey Involvement Center (OIC) or Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life (OFSL), Spinnaker Media, or an agency, branch, or commission of Student Government (SG). SG candidates must be authorized by the Office of Elections.
Student Organization reservations must be requested and planned by the student members. Faculty/staff/alumni advisors are not permitted to request and plan reservations on behalf of Student Organizations.
成人AV视频 student reservations for academic purposes must be made by the associated Department; speak to your faculty member.
Regular Rate
Reservation must be free and open to all students and the University community (e.g., a club meeting) to qualify for the Regular Rate, which is typically no cost to the Student Organization.
Non-Standard Fees will be assessed as listed below.

Student Organizations may reserve the following spaces for events at most:
-
Ballroom - 2 times per semester

Additional event reservations in these spaces will be assessed University Department Rental Rates. Access to the space will be limited to 5 hours per event. Custom setups are permitted for Student Organization events.

- Accepting donations that go to the operating budget of the organization
If donations accepted during the reservation will be given to a verified philanthropic organization, then the Regular Rate will apply.

Ticketed Rate is a flat fee unless otherwise noted.
Add-Ons must be reserved in conjunction with a primary event space and may not be stand-alone reservations.
