Room Configurations

These are the most common room configurations.

Our Event Planning Coordinators can also work with you to create custom setups for reservations.

Closed Conference

Closed conference is rectangle tables placed together with 10 chairs around it

Open Conference

Open conference is tables placed in a rectangle or square shape, with an open middle and chairs around the perimeter

Classroom

Classroom is rows of tables with 2 chairs at each table all facing the same direction

Rounds

A large round table with 8 chairs around it

U-Shape

Rectangle tables placed in a "U" shape with chairs only around the outside of the U

Theater

Theater is multiple rows of chairs all facing the same direction

 

Pods

A pod is 2 tables grouped together with 8 chairs around itTrade Show

Trade show is tables space out around the room with 2 chairs at each table
