Meet the Staff

Dr. Rusty Dubberly

Dr. Dubberly has served as the Director of 成人AV视频’s Student Accessibility Center (SAC) since 2013 and started his career working with students with disabilities in 1999. He has prior professional experiences working as an Exceptional Education Teacher, ESE Program Supervisor, and State Director of Education for a large non-profit organization serving 18 Florida counties. Dr. Dubberly is a proud alumnus of 成人AV视频 completing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Disability Services. Dr. Dubberly completed a Doctor of Special Education degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2008 and completed a second master's degree in Education Leadership in 2012.

Dr. Tara Frazier

Dr. Frazier serves as the Associate Director of the Student Accessibility Center (SAC) and Director of the THRIVE Program. Dr. Frazier partners with various campus offices, staff, faculty, and community resources to help ensure that SAC students are successful on campus. Dr. Frazier has over 15 years of higher education experience and received her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Florida in 2018. She earned her Master’s degree in Disability Services as well as her Bachelor of Education in Special Education from 成人AV视频. Dr. Frazier is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE). Additionally, Dr. Frazier is a Certified Autism Specialist (CAS) and Certified Autism Travel Professional (CATP). Her research is in inclusive postsecondary education for students with disabilities with special interest in career readiness and peer mentoring. Through her research, she seeks to bridge the gap between employment and students with disabilities, specifically autism and intellectual disabilities. In addition to research, Dr. Frazier uses career readiness training and mentoring to better prepare students for the workforce using digital badges and credentialing to promote career readiness. Prior to entering higher education, Dr. Frazier spent years teaching students with disabilities overseas in developing countries.

Andrew Sullivan

Andrew has spent many years in the field of Higher Education Disability Services. Working as an Educational Aide and later Program Assistant at the 成人AV视频's Student Accessibility Center during his undergraduate and graduate work he obtained a B.A. in Political Science and an M.A. in Public Administration from 成人AV视频 during that time. Concurrently he obtained his certification in Assistive Technology Applications from California State University, Northridge. This program required him to complete over 100 hours of combined online and in person instruction in the AT field. As Assistive Technologist and Accessibility Services Specialist for SAC Andrew has and continues to partner closely with 成人AV视频's students, staff and faculty to provide high quality services in the area of Assistive Technology for all SAC students.

Dawn Cardarelli

Dawn Cardarelli is the Staff Interpreter for deaf and hard of hearing students at 成人AV视频’s Student Accessibility Center (SAC). Her top priority is to provide equal and accurate interpreting services to ensure deaf and hard of hearing students have the same access to their education as their hearing peers. She started her journey at 成人AV视频 in 2021 as an OPS Interpreter and became the Staff Interpreter in 2023. She has her A.S. degree in ASL/English Interpreting from the Florida State College of Jacksonville and her B.S. degree in ASL/English Interpreting from Gallaudet University. She has her National Interpreter Certification from the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf and over several years of professional experience working within the community in a variety of settings such as medical, job training, Video Relay Service, concerts, conferences, business, and government. Dawn has a strong passion for mentoring and believes education is a lifelong endeavor. Her future interpreting goals include receiving her Masters in ASL/English Interpreting and becoming certified in legal and medical interpreting. In her spare time, she enjoys roller skating, reading, being outdoors, video games, and spending time with her loved ones.

Marlana Longendelpher

Marlana Longendelpher is another staff interpreter for the deaf and hard of hearing (DHH) here at 成人AV视频’s Student Accessibility Center (SAC). Marlana began at 成人AV视频 in 2021 as an OPS interpreter then became a staff interpreter for SAC in 2023. She received her A.S degree from FSCJ’s interpreter training program then transferred to Gallaudet University where she completed her B.A in interpreting. Ever since graduating from Gallaudet in 2020 she has not only become nationally certified but has interpreted professionally in many different settings. They include video relay service, cruise ship interpreting, post-secondary, performance, conferences, and more. One of Marlana’s passions is providing quality, clear communication to DHH students in order for them to succeed in their academic endeavors and receive equal opportunities alongside hearing peers. Her future goals include completing the EIPA and to become certified in medical interpreting. In her spare time Marlana enjoys cuddling her cats, spending time with loved ones, gaming, and spending too much time on TikTok.

Sue Phillips

Sue serves as the Office Manager for the Student Accessibility Center (SAC).  She joined the 成人AV视频 (成人AV视频) with 10+ years working in the clerical field in higher education. Although new to 成人AV视频, Sue brings an array of skills, qualities, and experience with her. Her skills and qualities include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe, excellent customer service, detail-oriented and organized. She oversees the departmental budget and is responsible for preparing reports and personnel action forms, creating requisitions and processing invoices for payment. Outside of her work life, Sue enjoys spending time with family and relaxing on the beach.

Emily serves as the Testing Coordinator in the Student Accessibility Center. Emily works directly with students and professors to ensure students registered with SAC receive their testing accommodations. She also oversees the Educational Aides that work in the office, making sure that they are trained, and that the office is staffed. Emily has 6 years of Higher Education experience working at 成人AV视频. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the 成人AV视频. Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, and going to the beach.

India Hamilton

India Hamilton is the Accessibility Services Coordinator for the Student Accessibility Center (SAC). India refers to herself fondly as the “front door” of SAC as she is typically the first person students interact with when registering for academic accommodations. India is responsible for reviewing documentation and assigning academic accommodations for a wide variety of disabilities (including medical, learning, deaf/hard of hearing, etc.). India also facilitates supplemental instruction courses for SAC students through the ACCESS Academy program. India has been working for the Student Accessibility Center since October 2015 and has proudly held three different positions during her time of employment. India earned her Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in American Sign Language from the 成人AV视频. She hopes to pursue her Master’s at 成人AV视频 in coming years.

Amber Hood

Amber Hood earned her bachelor's degree in health science with a concentration in public health, plus double minors in health education and disability services, in 2022. She plans graduate with her masters in education with a concentration in disability devices in fall of 2024. Amber's primary focus area is in postsecondary education transition, working with individuals on the autism spectrum, though she also works with individuals with disabilities in postsecondary education. Amber's passions include developing inclusive education, furthering research for sexual education to ensure everyone gets the necessary information they need to make informed decisions, and advocating for vulnerable populations.

Alexander Enos

SAC Technology Assistant

Alex co-manages the websites and social media, develops promotional materials, and performs various other clerical tasks for both the Student Accessibility Center. Alex was a member of THRIVE during most of his time at 成人AV视频 and returned to work for the program after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in communications, specializing in advertising.
