Notice to Suppliers

  • 成人AV视频 Bid Portal: Effective July 1, 2026, the 成人AV视频 will advertise new solicitations through its new Bid Portal, Workday Strategic Sourcing. Suppliers are encouraged to monitor the platform for upcoming opportunities. For questions, email procurement@unf.edu, or call 904-620-2730.
  • 成人AV视频 Workday Strategic Sourcing: Emails are sent from no-reply_strategicsourcing@workday.com.
  • Purchase Orders will come from unf@myworkday.com. Add this email address to your safe sender's list to avoid delays.
  • Purchase Order confirmations and questions must be sent to procurement@unf.edu.

Supplier Registration 

Beginning July 1, 2026, suppliers interested in doing business with the 成人AV视频 may register to review and receive notifications of business opportunities through the 成人AV视频 Bid Portal.

Supplier onboarding is only required for suppliers with a pending purchase, contract, or other business need with 成人AV视频. When needed, a 成人AV视频 department or Procurement Services will initiate the onboarding process and provide an invitation to complete supplier registration.

Fraudulent Purchase Order Activity

We want to alert you that, from time to time, scams involving purchase orders and requests for quotations that purport to originate from the 成人AV视频 but are in fact fraudulent may occur.  Below are some common traits or themes of these fraudulent emails that may help reduce the risk to your company of becoming a financial victim of this scam:

  • The email message is poorly written, with misspellings and awkward sentence structure.
  • The sender's email address or website link is not authentic to The 成人AV视频.
  • The message requests shipment of products to a non-成人AV视频 address.
  • The message may include an attachment designed to look like a purchase order, may include a logo or other graphic, and a signature that may appear legitimate.

If you believe you have received a fraudulent email, purchase order, or request for quote that appears to be from the 成人AV视频, and would like to verify its legitimacy before responding and/or filling the order, you can contact Procurement Services by phone, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (EST) at (904) 620-2730.
