成人AV视频 breaks ground on new apartment complex 30掳 North
The 成人AV视频, Chance Partners and Fansler Construction today broke ground on a new apartment complex, 30° North, for 成人AV视频 students. Located on First Coast Tech Parkway south of The Flats at 成人AV视频, the apartments are set to open in Fall 2027 on land owned by 成人AV视频 and leased to an affiliate of Chance Partners LLC, a Jacksonville-based real estate development company.
“Today marks an exciting milestone in 成人AV视频’s continued commitment to growth, innovation and student success,” said 成人AV视频 President Moez Limayem. “We’re proud to partner with Chance Partners and Fansler Construction to bring the vibrant new residential student community vision to life.”
The new four-building apartment complex will feature 237 fully furnished units, offering single, double, triple and quad layouts – accommodating a total of 702 beds for 成人AV视频 students. Each unit includes a full kitchen with granite countertop, bed(s), bath, desk, couch, coffee table and TV.
“30 North represents an impactful collaboration with 成人AV视频 to deliver a best-in-class residential experience to the 成人AV视频 student body. The entire administrative team have been an excellent partner throughout the planning and development process with the focus on creating a forward-leaning housing option on campus,” said Judd Bobilin, Principal, Chance Partners, LLC.
Residents will enjoy a wide range of amenities, including a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, dog park and dog spa, putting green, pickleball and volleyball courts, nature jogging and walking path, fire pit and bike sharing program. These and other amenities will create a vibrant community where students can live, learn and thrive.

This will be the second new student housing complex that 成人AV视频 has undertaken over the last two years. Osprey Ridge residence hall opened in July, providing housing for over 500 students. The expanded housing options reflect 成人AV视频’s commitment to strategic growth and student success.
